Swallow whole with a drink of water.Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years: 2 capsules to be taken to begin with followed by 1 capsule after each loose motion, up to a maximum of 6 capsules in any 24 hours.Not advisable for children under 12 years of age.DO NOT EXCEED THE STATED DOSEWARNINGSIf symptoms persist consult your doctor.
