Windsor Hills Retreat is a fully air conditioned spacious 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom luxury property located at the top of the prestigious guard gated Windsor Hills community in Kissimmee, Florida.
The property sleeps 12 people and features the largest floor plan available within the community with a whirlpool spa pool that flows into the palm tree lined private south facing swimming pool.
The property spans approximately 3,000 square feet and has been furnished in a sophisticated yet modern style and the owners have included many of the various amenities that you would normally expect at a luxury hotel.
The property features a formal living and dining room to the front. A large family room and kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite counters, breakfast bar and an informal dining area are located to the rear of the property with large glass slider doors out to the pool and spa.
The washing machine and dryer are located in a separate laundry room on the ground level.
Our Villa is very modern, clean, bright & spacious. All furnishings are of a very high standard. Large selection of videos, DVDs, cds & books. Private 400m2 plot with kidney shaped 8x5m2 swimming pool. This is not a shared pool. Garden & terraced areas with patio furniture, parasols & sun loungers.
This property is a Family Villa & situated in a residential area. Unfortunately I cannot consider Hen or Stag parties . Not suitable for anyone wanting that “wild holiday”.
Why choose this Villa?
Although the villa is very private it is situated in an area with neighbouring property. Safe, secure & ideally situated for a perfectly relaxing break. If you want to get out & about, there is lots to do & see but a car is recommended.. Especially for those with walking difficulties. There are lots of local Markets to visit.
Beautiful villa with your own Private pool and Driveway all within your garden with lockable gates. In an excellent location close to all amenities on the Supervalu commercial area inc. Bars, Restaurants, Supermarket, Tourist information, medical centre, Bank, vets etc. The villa has a south facing kidney shaped pool with floodlights at night giving a very romantic feel in the heat of summer. Lots of palm trees, conifers and orange tree & Banana tree

Showing comfortable and stylish interior. Huge gothic crystal chandelier very elegantly decorated, with all mod cons incl. satellite TV, UK Freeview, DVD, 32 inch flat LCD screen. A FULL air conditioned system with cold or hot air, in every room! Extremely well equipped, as this villa is our second home. So it’s comfortable not just for you, but it is how we would want to spend a week or two…..in complete comfort!
